About OpenEstate
Open Estate is a real-estate WordPress theme designed for real estate companies and agencies. It can be used for anything from real estate to vacation rentals.The theme makes use of WordPress Custom Post Types and taxonomies to offer an easy to use listing creation and powerful search capabilities . You will also have access to a large volume of options to customize the look of your website and each listing as well.
The search form is extremely powerful . It automatically grabs your properties types, locations etc. and builds the form for you without any coding required.
Properties Listing
Open Estate gives you 3 different layouts to display your properties listing (Grid list and Columns 2-3).Also, you don’t need any shortcode and you don’t need to create any page to show your listings, the page is already available just by visiting the custom post type name example : http://website.com/properties/ that’s it, really easy.
Google Maps Integrated
Open Estate is integrated with google maps api 3, giving you extensive and powerful options. Every property is automatically added on the map. The map can be displayed on the homepage or inside the properties archive page.You can also choose from a range of 10 custom designed pins for the map.
Agents Management
Powered by WordPress taxonomies, agents can be easily added through the dashboard, you can also set custom info like image,, al profiles, email and phone number.The email address is automatically used for the contact form on the single property page and onto the agent single page.
Front End Submission & Paypal
OpenEstate includes a front end property submission system . It’s extremely flexible and powerful, new fields can be easily added. It supports paypal payments and allows you to charge your users to submit listings. Also through the back-end you can check transaction details.

Dedicated Support System
I provide a dedicated support ticket system (powered by Zendesk) to streamline support requests and better serve you.
To open a new support ticket please visit the support helpdesk , you can find the contact form on the right side of the page.Support requests are processed on business days from 8:00 to 17:00 (GMT 0.0) [normally] within 24h (even less) in the order they were received. Support request sent during weekends/holidays will be processed on Monday/the next business day.
